Cooking Soft Shell Crab

I did it. I finally did it. I finally bought and cooked a soft shell crab. I was inspired by Sarah Simmons of City Grit, when she made THIS. Along with the soft shell crab, I also cooked kale and spring garlic with a dash of red pepper flakes. Recipe here.
