Sometimes all you want is to stuff yourself crazy with street meat over rice with white and hot sauce.
Eating (and being obsessed with) street meat is a new thing to me. I have never heard of street meat till I started working in midtown. Even then it took me a while to really find it OKAY to go up to a cart and get a box of mysterious meats over rice. There are countless number of street meat options in NYC. There are carts that use only the white meat of a chicken while some use the dark meat. There are good ones, there are bad ones and there are average ones. There are ones that touches your soul and you're hooked for life.
